1. Personalised Products
All items are made to order based on the personalisation details provided by the customer. Please double-check all spelling, colours, sizes and design choices before placing your order.
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if incorrect information was provided by the customer.
2. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We only accept returns if:
The item is damaged during transit, or
There is an error in personalisation caused by us.
If an item does not fit, we offer an exchange only, not a refund.
To request a return or exchange, please email merchandisebymitch@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Returns are free of charge, however postage and packaging costs are not refunded.
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Currently no, but all items are securely packaged for delivery.

This includes (but is not limited to):

✔ Logos and branding

✔ Any design used on clothing or merchandise
These designs may only be used on products made by Merchandise by Mitch and cannot be transferred, shared, copied, or reproduced by any other business or manufacturer.
If you wish to use a design elsewhere or purchase full design rights, please contact us to discuss licensing or rights transfer.
